Tilapias are one of my favorite fish dishes in the world, and knowing that I can eat them in a flavorful and less fat way, like this recipe is a blessing.
For baked tilapia, you will need tilapia fillets, ground cumin, black pepper, can of Mexican tomatoes and shredded low-fat cheese. As the
oven is being preheated, put the fillets in the baking pan and sprinkle with black pepper and cumin, then add the tomatoes and cheese over the fish. Finally, bake the tilapia for about twenty minutes and serve.
