To make this recipe work, you'll be needing: Beans (lots of them), a jar of chunky garden salsa, fish fillets, sliced onions and green peppers, and some
Parmesan cheese.
Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees. In a greased baking dish, mix in the salsa, beans, onions and bell peppers. Top with the fish fillets and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (preferably liberally). Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes, and serve.
