
It is well-known that seafood diet is very good for
cardiovascular health. This is because of the rich omega3 fatty acids contents of all seafood. Seafood is also rich in the 72 trace minerals that are found to be effective in combating different serious illnesses, including the
dreaded cancer disease. The health benefit of seafood is undeniably numerous. Some people even claim that seafood can directly be used as medicines to cure a particular illness. For instance, seahorses are believed by some to have some therapeutic effects in treating asthma. On the other hand, the omega3 fatty acids in seafood are particularly abundant in the fat tissues of fishes such as tuna, salmon, sardines, and blue marlin.

Blue Marlin with Mango Salad.
You will need the following ingredients:
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
4 marlin steaks
2 large ripe mangos, peeled and pitted
2 trimmed scallions
Grated zest of 1 lime
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 jalapeno chili, seeded and minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt to taste
Coat the fish with olive oil and refrigerate for one hour. Cut the mangoes into dice. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate for one hour. Prepare the grill. Cook the marlin in the grill and use the sauce to occasionally coat the fish as it grills.
