Tuna Chops
You will need the following ingredients:
8 yellowfin tuna steaks
6 to 8 quartered potatoes
3 medium sliced onions
2 cups julienned pea pods
1 hot sherry
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp crushed garlic
1 can crushed pineapple
You may begin by first preparing the marinade. Mix the pineapple, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Then soak the tuna steaks in the marinade for about one hour. Now, place potatoes and onions in a baking pan. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until the potatoes are underdone. Remove excess marinade. Sear tuna over high heat, one minute for each side. Place seared tuna over potatoes and onions. Add pea pods by sprinkling all over the steak. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
