
Holy Week is just around the corner. Most meat lovers are preventing to crave for some
meaty recipes on the table. And, in times like this, fish is a good food alternative.
Why don't you prepare a fish salad? This is easy as you're A, B, C. This is how to do it.
Ingredients:
1 can of Tuna, drained
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon of
garlic powder
Salt
Black pepper
How to do it:
In a big salad bowl, mix all together the drained tuna, parsley, celery, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and garlic. Add more mayonnaise for a creamier taste. Then, sprinkle enough salt and black pepper according to your desire. About 1/8 teaspoon of each will do. Again, mix them all until the mayonnaise covers every ingredient. Then, keep it chilled before you serve.
Salad like this will add minimal cholesterol to your body because of tuna. Studies show that eating tuna is good for the heart. So, if you can't enjoy your Holy Week with a meat in your meal, try eating this delicious and
