1/4 cup chopped onion

3 Tbls. butter or margarine
3 Tbls. all-purpose flour
1 Tbls. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/4 cups milk – should be low-fat
1 chicken or fish bouillon cube
(2) 6 oz. cans tuna in water - drained
1/2 cup sour cream – should be low-fat
1 cup cooked peas
2 cups cooked egg noodles
Saute the onion and celery using butter or margarine. Add flour, salt, pepper, celery seed, and garlic powder. Pour milk and add the bouillon. Allow the mixture to simmer over medium heat. You should constantly stir the mixture until it thickens. Remove the mixture from heat and add the tuna, sour cream, and peas. This dish is ideally served over
hot noodles.
