I have always been fond of anything that's grilled. I like to have a
regular healthy diet, so, it's best when my food is grilled. Fish is also a good food source. You can never go wrong with servings of fish everyday.
There are countless ways to cook fish and there are countless fish to cook. My recent discovery is the grilled bluefish fillet. It's very easy to cook as long as you have your
reliable grill by your side. You only need:
- 2 pounds of bluefish (fillet)
- a half cup of ketchup
- a quarter of melted butter
- three tbs. of lemon extract
- two tbs. of vinegar
- one tbs. of salt
- one tbs. of Worcestershire
- one clove of chopped garlic
- a quarter of paprika
- a half tbs. of grated onion
- a half tbs. of mustard
- two to three drops of pepper sauce
Then, you simply put your layer of fish in a pan. You mix all the ingredients and then you pour it over your layer of fish. You have to marinate your fish for half an hour before turning it. You drain your fish and then you place it on your heated grill. Cook your fish for about 7 to 8 minutes, tops. Don't forget to put your marinate on the fish, every once in a while. Turn your fish once the other side is done. As easy as that, you already have your
grilled bluefish fillet.
