
It's easy to cook up
Squid Risotto if you just know how to mix and match the ingredients. The first step is to cook the garlic and onion on melted butter until they soften. Pour the Pinot Grigion and risotto on the mixture cooking on medium heat. Let it simmer. Then, pour the chicken stock progressively, letting the rice absorb it thoroughly. Cook the squid with it for two more minutes. Serve it with black pepper and chopped chives.
