Masterpieces of Meditation
Meditative music of Maurice Durufle,
including a cappella motets, exerpts from his "Missa Jubilo," poignant

with the orchestral version of his hauntingly exquisite "Requiem."

Litchfield County Choral Union
Sing-In Fundraiser for Torrington Area Council of Churches Emergency Fund
LCCU is sponsoring a sing-in fundraiser for
the Torrington Area Council of Churches Emergency Fund, featuring
Faure's "Requiem" and an old-fashioned hymn sing. Music will be
provided or you can bring your own.
Rehearsals for the July concert (Mozart's Grand Mass in C Minor) will
begin on May 2, 2005 at The Shed in Norfolk. All singers are invited to
join. No age requirement and no audition!
Venue: St. Michael's Episcopal Church, 25 South Street, Litchfield at 4:00 PM.
Tickets: Suggested Donation is $10.00.

The New Britain Chorale will present Brahms
